How inquiries are handled

This page covers the inquiry form on launchlightstudio.com.

What is collected

What you type, choose or upload in the form: your name, email address, business name and what it does, and any optional answers you give (pages and features, sites or styles you like, what content you have, budget range, preferred launch date, current website and any other notes), plus any optional logo, photos and file-sharing links you submit.

Where it goes

The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify stores the submission and sends a copy to hello@launchlightstudio.com. Uploaded files are stored by Netlify; submission notifications may contain links to those files. Only upload business assets you have permission to share, and do not upload confidential or sensitive documents. Netlify also screens submissions for spam.

How it is used

Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to run that project. It is not sold or shared for marketing, and you won't be added to a mailing list.

How long it is kept, and your choices

Inquiries are kept only as long as they are needed for the conversation or project that follows. Email hello@launchlightstudio.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Other services this site uses

Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. The site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies.
